Return and Refund Policy for PLEBAN.ART
At PLEBAN.ART, we collaborate with Printify to produce all of our custom-made products. Since each item is made to order, we adhere to a strict return and refund policy that aligns with Printify’s guidelines. Please read the following to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Cancellations and Modifications
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins, and no changes or cancellations can be made. Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase.
2. Reporting Issues
If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, you must report the issue within 30 days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this time frame will not be accepted. To initiate a claim, please email us at plebanmusic@gmail.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage, defect, or printing issue
3. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a misprint, we will offer a replacement or a refund. Please include photos of the issue when submitting your claim to facilitate a swift resolution.
4. Non-Defective Returns or Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items. All items are made to order, and we do not hold inventory. Please review your order carefully before making a purchase to ensure it meets your expectations.
5. Refund Timeframe
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference. Refunds are only issued for approved claims.
6. Return Shipping
If a return is required due to a defective or damaged item, PLEBAN.ART will cover the return shipping costs. For other reasons, such as customer errors or incorrect orders, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
7. No Responsibility for Customer Errors
We are not responsible for any customer errors, including:
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or design
- Providing incorrect shipping information
- Failing to review the order details before completing the purchase
8. Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable
Shipping fees are non-refundable, even in cases of defective or incorrect items, unless the issue is caused by us. This includes the original shipping charges.
9. Custom or Personalized Items
Custom or personalized items, including those with custom designs or personalizations (such as text, logos, or other unique designs), are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged.
10. Printify Policy
As we are partnered with Printify for production, all of our custom products are produced and fulfilled by them. Their terms and conditions regarding production, fulfillment, and shipping apply. For more information on Printify’s policies, please refer to their official site.
